Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or preference. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
We only accept returns or replacements if your order:
- Arrives defective or damaged
- Arrives as the wrong item
If this happens, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@bjornmark.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved:
- You may request a replacement at no extra cost.
- Or you may request a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Because our products are print-on-demand, we cannot process exchanges for different sizes, styles, or colors. Always check the size chart before ordering.Non-Returnable Items

- Products not returned in original condition or damaged due to misuse
Shipping Issues
If your order is late, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us right away. We’ll work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue quickly.
